If you received a confirmation code after requesting data deletion, enter it below to check the status of your request.
How to Delete Your Data
You have several options to delete your data from Moy Stream:
1Disconnect Platform Accounts (In-App)
To disconnect a streaming platform account:
- Sign in to your Moy Stream account
- Go to Dashboard and click "Select Streaming Platforms"
- Click the "Disconnect" button on any connected platform
- Your OAuth tokens will be revoked and deleted
2Delete Your Account
To delete your entire Moy Stream account and all associated data:
- Sign in to your Moy Stream account
- Go to Profile settings
- Click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page
- Confirm the deletion
This action is permanent and will delete all your shows, recordings, and connected accounts.
3Contact Us Directly
You can also request data deletion by contacting us directly:

Please include your account email address in your request. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data We Delete
When you request data deletion, we remove:
- Account Information: Name, email, password hash
- OAuth Tokens: All connected platform access tokens
- Show Configurations: Your saved streaming setups
- Usage Data: Streaming history and analytics
- Profile Data: Profile picture and preferences
Platform-Specific Information
YouTube / Google
When you disconnect YouTube from Moy Stream:
- We revoke our access to your YouTube account
- OAuth tokens are deleted from our database
- You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions
Twitch
When you disconnect Twitch from Moy Stream:
- We revoke our access to your Twitch account
- OAuth tokens are deleted from our database
- You can also revoke access from your Twitch connections settings
When you disconnect Facebook from Moy Stream:
- We revoke our access to your Facebook account
- OAuth tokens are deleted from our database
- You can also revoke access from your Facebook app settings
Facebook users can also request data deletion directly through Facebook. When we receive a data deletion request from Facebook, we automatically remove all associated data and provide a confirmation code.
When you disconnect LinkedIn from Moy Stream:
- OAuth tokens are deleted from our database
- LinkedIn does not have a token revocation API
- You should also revoke access from your LinkedIn permitted services
Data Retention After Deletion
After you request deletion:
- Personal data is deleted within 30 days
- OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance (up to 7 years for financial records)
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely
- Backup systems are purged within 90 days
