Record what goes out on your channel from Studio and have it ready to edit, in your cloud or on your computer.
How it works
Press Record in Studio and MoyStream records what is seen and heard in Main: your cameras, the audio mix, the overlays and everything else, exactly as your audience gets it. You can record while you stream or without going live. When you stop, the file downloads to your computer automatically.
Where it is saved
With Cloud Storage on, the recording uploads to your Google Drive on its own, with its thumbnail and waveform, and you can open it from any device. Otherwise it stays in the browser of the computer you recorded with, and only that computer can open it.
Your recordings
Recordings lists all your recordings with their thumbnail, length and where they are stored (Cloud or Local). From there you can download them, delete them or open them in the video editor with the Edit button.
Format
Recordings are saved as WebM, with VP9 video and Opus audio: good quality at a modest file size. What you export from the editor comes out as MP4, ready for any social network or player.
